MyWorkouts is designed to help you understand your swimming and running workouts without an account, advertisements, or advertising trackers. Your workout data is processed on your device.
Data we collect
MyWorkouts does not require you to register or provide personal information to use the app. The app does not send your workout history to our servers.
Apple Health
If you grant permission, MyWorkouts reads workout information, such as workout type, duration, distance, and dates, from Apple Health to show your workouts and insights. Access is controlled by Apple's Health permissions.
Local app data
Preferences, training program selections, and completed sessions may be stored locally on your device. This data is not shared with us through the app.
Third-party services
MyWorkouts does not use advertising SDKs or advertising trackers. If you submit feedback on this website, the details you enter are sent to Formspree, our feedback form provider. You may instead contact us by email.
Your choices
- Manage MyWorkouts access to Health data in your iPhone's Health privacy settings.
- Delete the app to remove its locally stored app data. Workouts stored in Apple Health are managed separately by Apple Health.
- Do not submit sensitive workout or health details in feedback forms.
